• We need to keep our downtime to a minimum. Do you have a Just-In-Time program?

  We offer just-in-time programs and consignment programs available for high-volume customer. Just give us a call to discuss.

• Do you provide estimates before your rebuild?

  Yes. Usually, we can get an estimate back to you in one business day.

• Do you have experience in electric motors besides those used in forklifts?

  Electric motors have been our primary business for 35 years, no matter where they are used. We handle AC and DC motors, as well as forklift parts.

• What makes your rebuilds better?

  We use only the highest-quality components in our rebuilds. We replace every bearing regardless of the condition of the used ones, the best wire, insulators, nomex paper, if DC we use the absolute best quality brushes, and have a team with a generation of experience doing the work. Each motor is rigorously tested before shipping.

• What is your typical turnaround time?

  We stock the most popular motors and–in that case–can often ship same day, If your motor does require a rebuild, the process can take as few as four days. If we have to order parts, or rebuild or replace a shaft, your rebuild take approximately less than 9 days.

• Which manufacturers can you rebuild?

  If it comes from a fork truck, we can rebuild it. In some cases, it is not practical or cost-effective to rebuild a motor, and in those cases, we offer high-quality new replacements.
